With "plasma-workspace" v5.11.5 and lower, I was able to adjust the font size
and colour of the notification body as follows:
notify-send "Test Notification" "<font size=5>This is just a test.</font>"
notify-send "Test Notification" "<font color=blue>This is just a
test.</font>"
Whenever I do the same with v5.12.0, the body is *completely missing*. In
other words, all I see in the notification popup is the summary!
