After a cut, I am unable to move the cut clip along the timeline, needs a
kdenlive restart to fix.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cut a clip
2. Move part of clip to new location on timeline
Actual Results:
Clip cannot be moved, or jumps back
Expected Results:
Clip can be moved
After restarting kdenlive, the clip can be moved
