I confirm. Just updated Manjaro to Plasma 5.12.1, KDE Framework 5.43.0 with
kernel 4.15.3-2, Qt 5.10.0 and automounting is gone. After pluging in my
external hard drive I see notification about the device on my panel and I can
mount it from there but it's not automounted like before which is very
annoying.

It's very important to me that external devices are automounted so I consider
this a serious drawback.
