If I open apps which have custom window rules, entire KDE freezes. I had custom
window rules(just the position ones) since a couple of weeks. Today, it
randomly started freezing the desktop if I launched any app with a custom rule.
I fixed it by deleting the 2 kwinrules config contents.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a custom window rule for any window, such as "remember position"
2. Run application with custom rule
3. All of KDE freezes and hve to reboot. But can enter tty.
