I tried to start it from terminal. This is what I get:
$ kolourpaint
Empty filename passed to function

I'm using a fresh install of KDE neon.
I think this happened after I tried opening an image with kolourpaint directly
from dolphin. I right-clicked the image > open with > kolourpaint.
