Fix several problems with loading layer style gradients 1) Resource server should not return resources by empty md5 sum, Just return nothing, otherwise all memory-based gradients will be defaulted to Fg-to-Bg gradient 2) KisDlgLayerStyle should not allow recursive double entry to KisDlgLayerStyle::setStyle() via cycling signals.
