Fresh install of Kubuntu 15.10 for 64-bit with KDE Plasma 5.4.2 and same issue
: Gwenview has only minimal functionality, no rotate or crop for example. How
can I fix this ? (and how come the status is unconfirmed ? I would like to
start contributing to the Kubuntu community, but this thread doesn't inspire me
with confidence).
