Context: I'm catching up with a discussion that happened in a room, and some
other discussion is ongoing as well.
* Scroll up to read the old messages
* Some new message comes in
* --> BUG, the scrollbar moves to the bottom, preventing me from reading what I
was reading.
On the other hand, the scrollbar *should* move to the bottom if I'm viewing the
most recent set of messages of course. There are bugs related to that (e.g.
after editing the view scrolls up a bit, or when switching rooms the scrollbar
is sometimes way up for no reason), and fixing this bug would make things worse
when these other bugs happen, since the view would stop scrolling after that...
So maybe better fix the other bugs first ;-)
