The way Cantata is using Jump List Actions is not what they're designed for,
they aren't dynamic, so they cannot represent Play vs Pause or disable
Back/Forward.
It should instead hide its entries by adding NotShowIn=KDE to the actions to
hide them. I explicitly added this to Task Manager for precisely this case even
though it's not specifically mentioned in the Additional application actions
spec.
Please file a bug report against Cantata instead.
