Overview:
Select all keyboard command crashes krita if used after the Ctrl+Z on text
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a text using the text tool
2) Use Ctrl+Z to undo it
3) Use Ctrl+A
Actual Results:
The application crashed.
Expected Results:
The whole canvas should be selected
