I can not figure out how to reset this if there is any change. This problem have occured recently. I don't think arch packager changes shortcuts. CTRL + Q is listed as the default shortcut for "quit application" in the shortcuts module in systemsettings, and there is no appearent way to change this for systemsettings itself.
