When a Panel has set its visibility to Auto Hide and it is hidden and
afterwards the user tries to drag a folder or file to that kwin edge, the panel
isnt reappearing as it did in X11.
It can be that the mouse cursor used from Breeze (a red rectangular with red
line in it) is too big to reach the screen edge.
