Proposal - when KWin detects window without decorations - and there are two or
more activities - it could display notification window with explanations
regarding to moving the app window with keyboard Alt+F3 shortcut and right
click task menu moving options - with 'Do not show this window again' checkbox
(possibly checked by default) - the app window is displayed on current activity
only
