Energy Saving settings under "On AC Power", such as session suspending, have no
effect after updating to 5.12.4.
This seems related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357288 and
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367648 but it appears to be working as
expected with version 5.12.3.
