The third file will be just a portable version of the Krita nightly version. The first file contains a lot of programmer code references to make spotting issue better. https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger Follow those instructions with using the debug package. You will put all the files from the large download (the 450MB) one into the Krita directory. Then just try to launch that portable krita version and get the crash.
