Windows packages generated by the opensuse build system supports a build
revision and a build release to track builds at
https://build.opensuse.org/packages/mingw64-umbrello/job_history/windows:mingw:win64/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/x86_64
Generated 64bit package file names contains duplicated revision and release
(see https://download.kde.org/stable/umbrello/2.24.90/win64/), which are still
from having separate application and installer projects in the past and were
required to identify the related builds. Because now building the application
and the installer are merged into one project it is guaranteed that both have
the same revision and release.
