I can confirm that Yakuake's behavior (i.e. it does not appear on the left
monitor) is a direct consequence of this bug, because if I move my panel to the
right side of the right monitor (instead of being "between the monitors"),
Yakuake behaves correctly.
I tried to file a bug for Yakuake too, to see if it is possible to implement a
workaround in Yakuake's code, but it actually makes more sense to fix the
problem here.
