Once the problem starts, the desktop effects are lost, the time is frozen, the taskbar icons are ghosts and many times I can't shut down the system from the "start" button, as another process breaks down, having to shut down the system from the terminal. But the problem does not end there.... now the computer does not shut down because there is a process that does not close -A start job is running... -. I have to wait 90 seconds for it to finish closing, and when the PC is finally turned off, it starts again automatically. When that happens, the computer turns on correctly, but whenever I turn it off, it starts automatically. It reminds me a lot of a problem I had with the wake on lan, that whenever I activated it, the computer would only turn on when I turned it off.
