STEPS:
1. Open an md file
2. Settings --> Configure Backends... --> Markdown
3. Change the font size
RESULT:
The number of rendered pages stays the same. If the font size was reduced there
are empty pages at the end. If the font size was increased, content is missing
at the end.
WORKAROUND:
Close Okular and reopen with the same file.
