There is no way of configuring a shortcut for the Select Shapes Tool.
Go into Settings > Configure Krita > Keyboard Shortcuts. Search for "Select
Shapes." No results show up.
There also seems to be no default shortcut built in (at least, I couldn't find
mention of it in the documentation).
