When a security package update is available, Updater icon with a red dot
appears in the system tray. If I install updates (in the command line using apt
or using Muon package manager or Discover), the icon doesn't disappear but
changes to the "non-security updates available" (i.e. the one without the red
dot). Clicking on the icon says "1 package to update". `sudo apt update && sudo
apt dist-upgrade` does not find any packages to update.
I'm on Kubuntu 18.04, KDE Discover 5.12.4. The problem didn't appear in Kubuntu
17.10.
