Dolphin will sometime stick to one directory name. It will not change the name
unless it is restarted.
Reproducible: Always
Actual Results:
Dolphin title entry doesn't change as you move across folder
Expected Results:
Dolphin should show the name folder it is in as its title and taskbar entry
Please see the attached screenshot. I am in Desktop folder but it shows Git as
title and taskbar entry.
