It's not necessary to "restart" something... (the PC? the application?)
the Kdenlive.exe can be used and launched how many times the user want...
there is a bug that prevent Kdenlive.exe process to end when exiting the
application. but the presence of other Kdenlive.exe instances doesn't prevent
launch of a new istance.
