In C/C++ Parser tab. When 'C++ profile' or 'C profile' is changed,
parserArguments and parserArgumentsC entries in project config file
(.kdev4/projectname.kdev4) are changed appropriately. However, for OpenCL and
CUDA profiles the settings are not saved, so it stays on default values.
