Screenshot of the problem
- Select a vector object.
- Open the Tool Options docker.
- Go to the "Fill" tab.
- Click on "Colour".
Expected: Colour popup should appear next to the Colour button, or the mouse.
Found: Colour popup appears on different monitor.
