When opening a .rw2 file from my new Panasonic DMC-LX15, the preview (if the
embedded preview is disabled) looks distorted (a little bit of a fisheye
effect). The JPEG files generated on the camera do not have this problem.
After searching a while to understand what actually happens, it appears that
the lens correction is either wrong or not applied at all.
I also updated the lensfun data with lensfun-update-data, since it is only
listed in the development notes of lensfun. I can see the definitions in
.local/share/lensfun/updates/version_1/compact-panasonic.xml for this camera /
lens.
I tried with Digikam 5.9.0 and 6.0.0.
What can I do to track this down further?
