It seems as if there is no option for the popup in the new quicklaunch widget -
at least if you use German language. "Enable popup" is translated to
"Benachrichtung aktivieren" (enable notification) which I guess no German can
associate with a popup menu. I only found the popup option after seeing a
screenshot in English. An understandable translation of "popup" in this case
would be "Aufklappmenü" or even "Pop-Up".
