In applications that have some form of pop-up window with its own minimize
button such as synaptic, if I click the application's icon in the icons-only
task manager while it is on focus (which minimizes the window of the
application), the application doesn't minimize. It's only possible to minimize
them by clicking the minimize icon of the pop-up window.
Steps to reproduce:
-Launch synaptic.
-Install/remove some package, apply changes.
-While the window with download/installation progress is open, try to minimize
synaptic from the icons-only task manager.
Reproducible: always.
