Many of okular's settings are persistent, so then when okular is closed and
reopened, it remembers e.g. whether trim margins was enabled, whether view mode
was set to continuous, whether the navigation panel was shown or hidden, etc.
It would be nice if the same were true regarding the review bar. At the least,
it would be nice to have a setting that allows showing it by default.
