When I click, for example, an rc file, normally Kate would open. I now see an
error: KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/kate'
Other file types (jpg, png, pdf, mp4) don't show the error but nothing happens,
no program is started.
Starting the matching programs from the KDE menu works.
