This is officially unsupported everywhere, and Dolphin and Kate in fact don't
even run using sudo due to security vulnerabilities. So we won't be able to add
a feature to make it easier. :)

This is unnecessary, since the point of Polkit is that you run apps as a normal
user and are prompted by the app itself only at the moment when elevated
privileges are required. The app handles everything.
