step to reproduce
initial state (no updates - no icon in tray)
put computer on sleep to ram (may not be necessary)
come back some times later and wake up computer
the tray icon is red (3 security updates pending)
click on tray icon
discover opens but it search for new updates and find more than 3 updates (3
security and 4 normal updates)
apply all updates
the tray icon turn blue
close discover
the blue tray icon stays on the tray but no more updates are available
mouse over tray icon just says "updates available" with no count
expected : no more tray icon
