Now there is a difference between Extra Items and Entries and than there are
groups.
The idea is to have only one page which is the list from Entries but grouped by
the groups.
You have visibility drop down menu with
- Auto
- Show
- Hidden
- Not available
with this drop down menu it would also work for extra items (not available) the
groups can be also not available so all elements from the group (beneath the
tree view) will be not available.
