There used to be this glitch on Plasma Wayland where tooltips in Systemsettings
were displayed on the top left corner of the window. It was fixed, but now it's
back again on Plasma 5.13.1. I cannot make a screenshot, as the tooltip
disappears when Spectacle takes the screenshot.
