When an app is minimized and it was the last app shown menu still shows its
entries.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open dolphin window and close all other windows
2. Minimize dolphin window
3. even though dolphin isnt the active window and it isnt shown, its menu is
still shown in the global menu
