I am running KDE neon user edition 5.13 everything is currently up to date. I
went to reboot my computer everything was normal got the grub screen selected
the normal latest Linux after that it boots to the terminal rather than the
graphical login screen. In order for me to get into the UI (plasma) I have to
select a different kernel in the grub menu.
