This is a Windows specific bug, first reported by Krita Chinese community and I
relayed it here.
Cofirmed on a single screen setup, under Windows 10 1803 X64, with both Krita
4.1.0 stable and krita-nightly-x64-v4.0.0.51-1638-gc16dbaeeb5-setup.exe.
1) Under Windows, open Krita
2) Maximize Krita's window (!important)
3) Ctrl+Shift+F or Menu > View > Full Screen Mode to toggle full screen
4) Krita enters full screen
5) Ctrl+Shift+F = No effect, Krita does not exit Full Screen Mode
6) Ctrl+Shift+F again, press 2 times (presumably turning ON and OFF full
screen)
7) Krita exits Full Screen Mode this time, but it also restores its window
size, so now the window is not maximized.
This bug does not happen when toggling Full Screen Mode when Krita's window is
not maximized. It does not happen on Manjaro KDE 17.1.11 either.
