Same problem since months with the bug.
For devs, in case there is no idea how to solve this bug. Can you add some
configuration to "disable" activity bar? That would workaround this issue
perfectly until it could be analyzed and fixed.
It gets very annoying at daily working and get the activity bar stuck. My
current workaround is pressing the shortcut keys to switch activities until it
get away, but is not ideal.
Only main screen gets bar stuck, currently using it at 120Hz, but happens also
if I lower it to 60Hz.
Plasma 5.13.2, multimonitor.
