window not dogged
I have HiDPI display, scale factor 2, use PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1.
I have set visibility Dodge Windows. With my settings dodging is not working
halfway under dock. I have to move window more than half under dock to hide. I
assume it has some relation to scaling factor.
