In Plasma 5.13.3, while browing the applications menu, once you reach a submenu
that contains a very large entry, if you navigate other menus, the menu width
will still remain so large, even if in the current menu there is no a such
large entry.
To reset the normal width you have just to close and reopen the whole
Applications Menu.
While browsing Applications Menu if you skip the submenu that contains the
large entry, the width will not get the weird value
