I dont have that option running latest plasma on archlinux. But going back to the first issue though, so what I am suggesting is to be able to switch between the built in audio profiles right there in the audio widget rather than having to go to System Settings > Multimedia > Audio Volume > Advanced and then choose the profile from there.
