When launched from KRunner ("Get program X …") Discover will sometimes silently
fail to download and install the requested application. Upon clicking
"Install", no password dialog appears and the progress bar will stay at 0%,
until the "Install" button reappears. Pressing "Install" a second time will
often succeed with the proper install.
Happens at least with Packagekit.
Reproduction steps:
1) Launch KRunner and search for a program (like KStars)
2) Select "Get KStars" and from within the newly launched Discover window press
"Install"
Symptom: Appears to install the package but after ~30 sec the "Install" button
reappears.
