This is about the system tray item that indicates when Caps Lock or Num Lock
are pressed. If we press both Caps and Num Lock (in any order), it simply shows
the icon for Caps Lock. Ideally, it would either show a separate icon in the
system tray for each key, or there would be some other way to show that
multiple locks are active.
