That's tracked in Bug 274901, sadly not implemented yet.

Gwenview is supposed to be a simple app, I don't think the amount of UI
required for that would be a good fit. Nevertheless, you should be able to
create a custom desktop file, and then use "Open With". Also, in System
Settings you can configure some of the aspects you mentioned.
I'm now closing this bug, since handling multiple requests in a single bug is
always a bit unwieldy. I hope you understand!
