So I guess that means we need a new "Action" like the Shift+F3 "Close Other". Shift+F3 could also be a "toggle" action like F3. So users could simply swap the shortcuts and ignore the other shortcut. The toolbar button could be hidden by default. The Menu Item would be a duplicate however (when not in split view). Not sure if we can "hide" the second menu item without disabling the shortcut.
