The kbd indicator applet is shown in the tray popout but has no description,
making it impossible for the user to discern why it is there and what it is
good for.
Ideally the plasmoid shouldn't show up if nothing needs indicating.
Alternatively, it should at least render a nice description of itself if
nothing needs indicating.
