Often, when trying to update a package, Discover-Update will hang after
clicking the Update button. It password dialog never appears, and the window
can't be closed due to "pending operations" or some such, and has to be killed.
I don't know if the underlying problem is with Discover or Packagekit, but
Discover should timeout if it doesn't get a response from Packagekit within a
reasonable time. It times out if I wait too long to enter the password when
the dialog does appear, so should time out if the dialog doesn't appear.
