As in subject.
Below line is showing in red color (skipping hash) instead of green (default
setting)
#ifndef _LISTVIEWITEMDELEGATE_

This line is green (default setting)
#ifndef LISTVIEWITEMDELEGATE_

In some previous version it worked fine (both lines were green).
