Below are the minimum steps I have been able to find to reproduce this
consistently.
Reproducible: Always
Steps:
1. New document
2. New layer > local selection (arrow by plus button in layer docker)
3. Click and drag local selection layer to above or below layer stack, it
should disappear
4. Use brush tool to try to draw on screen with local selection still the
active layer (invisible)
5. Try to undo several times
Results:
Crash
Expected:
Not crashing on undo, and not being able to move selection layer to a location
with no parent layer
