When using the "Desktop Effects" configuration menu, using the apply button
renders the filter unusable. One can select its text but not edit it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Desktop Effects" configuration
2. Make a change to the configuration
3. Hit apply
4. Try to edit the filter
Actual Results:
Filter is not editable.
Expected Results:
Filter should be editable
